Out of 23 % respondents that left feedback in our passive group, we were able parse and clean the text data to determine the most common words to gauge UX friction points. In this process we learned which words came up most frequently. Based on NPS Survey Analysis
findings, it should be easier for users-clients to schedule themselves.
